1 medium cucumber, halved and sliced
8 radishes, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small zuchini, halved and sliced
1 cup chopped celery
4 scallions, chopped
1 carrot, grated
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Use the Garlic Ranch Dressing or use your favorite dressing . Great for making ahead for quick meals. Do not add dressing until right before serving it or it will make the salad soggy. Very colorful. Excellent with barbeque.
